Professor Reza Omraie is the founder of the Omraie Intervention Model (OMR), an evidence-informed framework integrating Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Science, and Mental Health to promote sustainable personal, professional, and organizational transformation

 

He is the founder of NLP Coaching Education in Iran and the developer of the ICI Business Coaching, ICI Children Coaching, and ICI Mental Health Coaching competency-based curricula. These international programs were designed to establish professional coaching standards and support evidence-based coach education worldwide

 

Professor Omraie also led the development and national standardization of competency-based professional standards for Coaching, NLP, NLP Coaching, Business Coaching, Mental Health Coaching, and Hypnotherapy in collaboration with the Technical and Vocational Training Organization of Iran and international experts

 

With more than three decades of international experience, he has worked in education, leadership development, psychotherapy, coaching, and curriculum design. His professional background includes clinical and educational experience in Germany as well as the authorship and translation of numerous books and scientific publications in coaching, NLP, mental health, leadership, and human development

 

Today, his work focuses on developing evidence-based educational systems, advancing professional coaching standards, promoting psychological well-being, and creating innovative frameworks that bridge scientific research with practical human development

The OMR Intervention Model (OMR), developed by Professor Reza Omraie,
is a comprehensive framework for personal, professional, and organizational transformation.
The model guides individuals and organizations through five progressive stages:
