Professor. Dr. Reza Omraie is an Iranian psychologist, author, researcher, educator, and international trainer whose professional work spans Psychology, NLP, Coaching, Psychotherapy, human development, and transformational education. His work has contributed to the growth of professional Coaching and NLP education in Iran and the wider region

A central part of his professional contribution is the development of the Omraie Intervention Model (OMR), a structured approach to transformational Coaching that integrates observation, understanding, matching, raising, and alignment. The OMR framework is designed to support sustainable personal and professional development through a structured transformational process

Throughout his career, Professor Omraie has developed and delivered professional education for coaches, NLP practitioners, trainers, and other practitioners. His educational work includes specialized areas such as Business and Executive Coaching, Child Coaching, Mental Health Coaching, Systemic Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Intelligence, Identity Transformation, and Conscious Leadership

Professor Omraie currently serves as President of the Iranian NLP & Coaching Association and President of the NLP & Coaching Association of Asia. His international professional activities have included the development of educational programs, professional curricula, trainer development, and collaboration within international Coaching and NLP networks

With more than three decades of experience in teaching, professional training, psychology, psychotherapy, Coaching, NLP, and curriculum development, he has educated thousands of students, coaches, practitioners, and trainers. He is also the author and translator of more than 20 books covering Psychology, NLP, Coaching, Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy

His academic and professional interests focus on the relationship between psychological science, human development, communication, Coaching, NLP, identity, emotional processes, and conscious leadership. Through education, research, writing, and professional development, his work aims to translate knowledge into practical approaches for sustainable human transformation

Professor Reza Omraie continues to develop educational frameworks, professional curricula, research projects, and transformational methodologies with a focus on advancing the quality and professionalization of Coaching and NLP in Iran and internationally

پروفسور رضا عمرائی روان‌شناس، نویسنده، پژوهشگر، مدرس و ترینر بین‌المللی ایرانی است که فعالیت حرفه‌ای او حوزه‌های روان‌شناسی، NLP، کوچینگ، روان‌درمانی، توسعه انسانی و آموزش تحول‌آفرین را دربرمی‌گیرد. فعالیت‌های حرفه‌ای و آموزشی او در توسعه آموزش حرفه‌ای کوچینگ و NLP در ایران و منطقه نقش داشته است.

یکی از مهم‌ترین دستاوردهای حرفه‌ای او، توسعه مدل مداخله عمرائی (OMR) است؛ رویکردی ساختاریافته در کوچینگ تحول‌آفرین که پنج مرحله مشاهده، درک، هم‌خوانی، ارتقا و هم‌راستاسازی را در یک فرایند منسجم برای تحول فردی و حرفه‌ای به یکدیگر پیوند می‌دهد.

پروفسور عمرائی در طول فعالیت حرفه‌ای خود، برنامه‌های آموزشی تخصصی برای کوچ‌ها، متخصصان NLP، ترینرها و سایر متخصصان طراحی و اجرا کرده است. حوزه‌های آموزشی و تخصصی او شامل کوچینگ کسب‌وکار و مدیران ارشد، کوچینگ کودکان، کوچینگ سلامت روان، کوچینگ سیستمی، NLP، هیپنوتراپی، هوش هیجانی، تحول هویت و رهبری آگاهانه است.

پروفسور عمرائی در حال حاضر رئیس انجمن NLP و کوچینگ ایران و رئیس انجمن NLP و کوچینگ آسیا است. فعالیت‌های حرفه‌ای بین‌المللی او شامل توسعه برنامه‌های آموزشی، تدوین کوریکولوم‌های تخصصی، تربیت مدرس و همکاری با شبکه‌ها و نهادهای بین‌المللی در حوزه NLP و کوچینگ بوده است.

او با بیش از سه دهه تجربه در آموزش، تربیت حرفه‌ای، روان‌شناسی، روان‌درمانی، کوچینگ، NLP و طراحی کوریکولوم، هزاران دانشجو، کوچ، متخصص، درمانگر و ترینر را آموزش داده است. همچنین نویسنده و مترجم بیش از ۲۰ کتاب در حوزه‌های روان‌شناسی، NLP، کوچینگ، روان‌درمانی و هیپنوتراپی است.

علایق علمی و حرفه‌ای او بر ارتباط میان علم روان‌شناسی، توسعه انسانی، ارتباطات، کوچینگ، NLP، هویت، فرایندهای هیجانی و رهبری آگاهانه متمرکز است. او از طریق آموزش، پژوهش، تألیف و توسعه حرفه‌ای تلاش می‌کند دانش علمی را به رویکردهای کاربردی برای تحول پایدار انسان پیوند دهد.

پروفسوررضا عمرائی همچنان به توسعه چارچوب‌های آموزشی، کوریکولوم‌های حرفه‌ای، پروژه‌های پژوهشی و روش‌شناسی‌های تحول‌آفرین با هدف ارتقای کیفیت و حرفه‌ای‌سازی کوچینگ و NLP در ایران و سطح بین‌المللی ادامه می‌دهد.
