NATIONAL STANDARDIZATION OF NLP & COACHING IN IRAN
Prof. Reza Omraie designed and standardized th National Competency Framework for Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in cooperation with international experts and the Technical and Vocational Training Organization (TVTO) of Iran
This framework established a structured professional pathway from foundational coaching competencies to advanced practitioner, trainer, and master trainer levels. It incorporates specialized fields including Business Coaching, Child and Adolescent Coaching, Life Coaching, Organizational Coaching, NLP, Coach Training, and Professional Supervision
The framework was developed to promote professional excellence, educational quality, competency-based learning, and internationally aligned standards in coaching and NLP education. It represents one of the first comprehensive national standardization initiatives in these fields within Iran
استانداردسازی ملی NLP و کوچینگ در ایران
پروفسور رضا عمرائی با همکاری متخصصان بینالمللی حوزه NLP و کوچینگ، چارچوب ملی شایستگیهای کوچینگ و برنامهریزی عصبی-کلامی (NLP) را طراحی و در سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفهای کشور استانداردسازی نمود. این چارچوب مسیر آموزشی و حرفهای کوچینگ و NLP را از سطوح مقدماتی تا سطوح پیشرفته، مدرسی و فوق تخصصی مشخص کرده و به عنوان یکی از نخستین نظامهای استاندارد آموزشی در این حوزه در ایران شناخته میشود.
این الگو شامل حوزههای تخصصی متعددی از جمله کوچینگ فردی، کوچینگ کسبوکار، کوچینگ کودکان و نوجوانان، کوچینگ سازمانی، NLP، تربیت مدرس و توسعه حرفهای کوچها بوده و با هدف ارتقای کیفیت آموزش، توسعه شایستگیهای حرفهای و ایجاد مسیرهای آموزشی استاندارد طراحی شده است
